Identify Your Equipment

Our customer service is always available to you. If you have any questions about the operation of your air conditioning unit or it is not working properly, you should identify your product before contacting us.

How can I identify my equipment?

OPTION 1 - BUTTON CONTROL PANEL

If the device powers on and has a button control panel, you can identify your device easily and quickly as follows:

Press the button (1) and check the code (a combination of a letter and a number) displayed on the screen (2). This will give you the model of your device.

Open the CODE TABLE and look up the code in the table to identify your device.

OPTION 2 - TOUCH CONTROL PANEL

If the unit powers on and has a touch control panel, you can quickly and easily identify your equipment as follows:

1. Disconnect the unit from the power supply and reconnect it so that the display shows a code consisting of a combination of a number and a letter.
2. Open the CODE TABLE and search for the code in the table to identify your unit.

OPTION 3 - DISASSEMBLED UNIT OR DOESN'T TURN ON

1. If your air conditioning unit does not turn on or is disassembled, you can identify the product by obtaining its reference from the identification sticker located inside the unit’s front panel.
2. Refer to the FRONT PANEL TYPES to see the location of the sticker according to the front panel model. The sticker contains the equipment reference (1) and its serial number (2).
